The Referee Association Handbook has been delayed but will distributed in early December. A request put forward to the Discipline Committee Chairman of BC Soccer for input has requird an extension in order to obtain this information.

An ad-hoc committee was struck to review the document with the goal to make it more readable and user-friendly. The outcome is two documents with very different themes. The first, “The Manual”, has already been distributed and is directed more at creating a directory of names of various members with specific duties. Members should contact their Area Association Secretary (Direct members should contact Provincial Secretary Richard Brownie, guild_ref@hotmail.com or 604-591-7621) if they haven’t received their copy of the The Manual.

The second document, “The Handbook” is more education oriented with selected articles and a series of links to educational information.
